How this site and the office handle what you share with us.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. The site also records basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the type of browser, to keep it working.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you hire us for. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who sees it
Nadira Kassab and the office's assistant. The companies that host the site and our email see it as part of providing those services and are bound to keep it private.
How long we keep it
Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept for as long as professional rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent us by writing to hello@kassablaw.com or calling (207) 555-0148.
